Role in Advisors LLC

Paul J. Hinkfuss is Assistant General Counsel for MLG Commercial, LLC and MLG Development. In Advisors, Paul applies his real estate experience only on non-legal matters. The Supreme Court Rules prohibit Paul from providing legal services to Advisors LLC clients. Paul concentrates in the areas of real estate development, governmental permitting, construction law, condominium law, zoning and brokerage compliance.

Before joining MLG, Paul was a shareholder with the law firm of Cook & Franke and an associate with Foley and Lardner.

Professional Affiliations & Designations

Paul is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association (Litigation and Real Property sections) and the State Bar of Wisconsin (Construction and Real Property and Probate sections). In addition, Paul volunteers at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic situated at the House of Peace.
