Scope of Service Experience
Mike is a principal and director of all entities in the MLG family of companies. He is also the chief investment and development analyst of the MLG family of companies and sits on MLG’s Board of Directors.
Background and Experience
Mike has more than 40 years of experience in real estate investment, development, management and acquisition. He was one of four founders of MLG and also founded Settlement Real Estate, Inc. and Settlement Investments (SIMC) through which he acquired and managed over 2,000 multi-family residential units, coordinated numerous construction projects and purchased and developed land site. SIMC now operates as a part of MLG. Mike is also a past secretary and principal of NAI MLG Management.
Prior to founding MLG and SIMC, Mike organized, owned and operated a home for emotionally disturbed children for seven years and taught at Milwaukee Area Technical College for three years.
