Scope of Service Experience
John is a Principal of Advisors LLC. He has more than 30 years of full time experience in the real estate profession. John has aided in developing, constructing and managing more than 2,500 residential units and more than 500,000 square feet of retail, commercial and office space throughout Wisconsin, Texas and Florida. His focus within MLG is condominium development and construction in Milwaukee and Door County, Wisconsin; Fort Myers and Jacksonville, Florida and throughout the southern United States.
Background
Prior to joining MLG, John owned his own management and development company for more than 25 years. The various projects he completed with the company include: retail centers, apartment complexes and commercial projects. The management company operated over 2,500 apartments, 1 million square feet of commercial and industrial buildings and numerous retail developments.
Professional Affiliations and Designations
John is a past Board member of the University School of Milwaukee. During his 18-year participation on the Board, John chaired the Facilities Committee, responsible for the planning and construction of over $30 million of campus additions and remodeling. In addition he participated on numerous other committees. He was also a past member of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Foundation Board.
