Scope of Service Experience

Joe is the Vice President of Development and serves as the project engineer for MLG’s residential team. Joe focuses on analyzing the development and construction plans to either add value to the project or reduce costs. Joe also adds his expertise to the development process through his knowledge of site planning, permitting, cost estimating, engineering, surveying and construction principals. Joe provides practical analysis and implementation of the development process to provide market driven solutions.

Background and Experience

Prior to joining MLG in 2001, Joe worked for Jahnke & Jahnke Associates as a design engineer for six years. Through this experience, Joe gained an intricate knowledge of all facets of residential and site design. Over the past 15 years, Joe has become fully versed in all aspects of the development process and is able to add his insight to make projects more profitable and of higher quality for all stakeholders.
