Scope of Service Experience

David is a Senior Asset Manager and concentrates on the evaluation, management and disposition of receivership and bank-owned properties. His responsibilities include everything from performing due diligence and financial analysis to hiring contractors and coordinating the sales and marketing process.

David has an extensive history with overseeing large projects as well as individual assets. Also, his time spent working with the business park and residential development side of the business has provided him with valuable experience and a solid understanding of the land development process.

David has been directly working on the asset management of OREO properties for multiple clients. He can provide one point of contact for clients which not only stream lines the process, but also maximizes the efficiency of the team.

Background and Experience

Prior to joining the Advisors LLC team, David was a Development Coordinator for MLG and assisted with the land development process for business park projects. After several years of successful involvement with the business park development team, David shifted his time and focus to the residential team, as demand increased in the single-family home market. In addition to assisting with the coordination of one of MLG’s subdivisions on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, David is also involved with all of MLG’s residential subdivisions located in southeastern Wisconsin.
