Scope of Service Experience

Dan is Senior Asset Manager at Advisors LLC. His experience in asset turn-around as well as residential and raw land development is second to none. In addition to Dan’s development skills, he is well versed in due diligence and financial analysis, obtaining project approvals, project coordination and management, site construction, raw land valuation, plan review, wetlands, storm water and municipal code. Dan is a Licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of the Metropolitan Builders Association.

Background

Prior to joining Advisors LLC, Dan spent 11 years as a Construction Manager for a large local construction firm. He managed multiple construction sites, coordinated manpower, equipment and project budgeting. He worked with consulting engineers, landowners and subcontractors to unearth value overlooked during initial project letting.

Dan joined the MLG family of companies in 2003 as a Construction/Engineering/ Development Coordinator. Dan manages all of MLG’s residential construction from final plan review to municipal acceptance.
