Scope of Service Experience

Barry is a principal, group leader of the industrial segment at NAI MLG Commercial and leader of the acquisition team at MLG Development. He focuses his efforts on the sale and lease of existing buildings, buyer and tenant representation and the development and marketing of major business parks. Barry has been with NAI MLG Commercial since 1989. His diverse assignments have included everything from site searches for land and buildings to buying, selling and leasing buildings and investment properties.

Background and Experience

Prior to joining NAI MLG Commercial, Barry had experience in both retail management and property management in the Chicago area. Barry has been with NAI MLG Commercial for more than 19 years. He became a principal in 1998. He has experience selling, leasing and acquiring all types of commercial real estate. Barry has been involved in all aspects of the development process including: land identification, acquisition, planning, approvals and marketing.

Barry holds a B.S.A. in marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
