Scope of Service Experience

Andy is the Executive Vice President and Principal of MLG Development. Andy’s primary focus is MLG’s business park and residential development efforts. His responsibilities include overseeing land acquisitions, entitlement procurement, construction and marketing.

Background and Experience

Prior to joining MLG, Andy was the Director of Business Development for WisPark Corporation. At WisPark Corporation, Andy managed development of over 1,000,000 square feet of built-to-suit and speculative industrial development. In addition to his experience with WisPark Corporation, Andy acquired experience in office and industrial development working for Pactel Properties in San Francisco, California.
